While preparing for a cushion making workshop at Can do Books on the weekend I realised that I really do have a large selection of scissors. They range from my favourite dressmaking shears to all the cute and quirky thread snips I have squirreled away with all my unfinished projects.
That's why I'm pleased we are now selling these scissors. They are stainless steel but are coated to look old. They also have quality screw joints.
Now I can start lots more projects and add a pair of scissors to each to have on hand.
The filigree at the top right hand corner is my favourite followed by the classic ones which are the largest on the left.
You can win your favourite pair. Just comment and say which is your favourite and what project you would pair them with.
The best answer will be chosen and announced Monday 11 Feb.
(Anonymous answers are not eligible and if the winner does not make contact by Friday 15 Feb close of business a new winner will be chosen.)

Oh, must I choose? I have a scissor fetish and would love to add ALL of these to my collection! The top right pair is intriguing though, and while I don't have the skill or knowledge to match it with anything as delicate as pictured I would have them close to hand while knitting my lace shawl.
I love the lines of the Retro Scissors Classic--beautiful and functional to use for the Folkware kimono pattern 113--Yukata.
